The Planning Commission will be meeting to discuss two important topics that could create some change in the downtown, including an aim at incentives to stimulate economic development.

1. “Hearing to amend the Municipal Code and Livermore Planning and Zoning Code to introduce regulations for live adult entertainment businesses.”

 

2. “Hearing to consider amending goals of the General Plan Economic Development Fiscal Element to revise Economic Program Incentives by including tax incentives for smaller developments which generate $30,000 or more in annual tax revenue.”
