New Homes, Inc. an eco-friendly building material supply store is moving to Dublin. Headquartered in San Rafael, the company hopes to open ten more stores in the Bay Area. The Dublin locationwhich will be located in the former Good Guy’s building located at 6705 Amador Plaza Road will be a flagship store.
The 28,000± square foot building is rumored to have leased for $18 per square foot, per year.
