Last month I posted about the new club going into what was formerly Round House Grill which was formerly Fire & Ice. I now have more details on Sapphires, so I thought I would fill you in. The general manager is a guy named Patrick who worked for Pasta’s and has a long restaurant background. No word on who the Chief is but it looks to host a lunch and dinner club. The menu will include fresh produce, fish, and steaks. The club will be San Francisco style with live DJ’s, loud music, and multiple bars that hopefully will host good cocktails.
