Just announced by the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce:
“Pleasanton’s new General Plan includes a new land-use designation of Mixed Use/Business Park for the Hacienda Business Park. On a lot-by-lot basis, the City may now assign a new mixed-use designation, including residential development, within Hacienda. While there are no specific projects under consideration at this time, the City will soon proceed with this designation on three sites within the business park, and establish a special committee to gather and provide input to the City Council that will help shape the character and future development thereon. Join us for an informative discussion about what lies ahead for Hacienda with Planning Director Brian Dolan and General Manager of Hacienda Business Park James Paxson.
