Restaurant infrastructure is expensive and second generation space often goes quickly, this space will be not be an exception. Just coming on to the market will be 2,200± square feet in Almond Plaza on Regional Road in Dublin. The space has San Ramon Valley Blvd. signage and visibility with great parking.
I have yet to go in the space but I would guess the hood and major trade fixtures are still in place. Second generation space allows tenants to avoid the expensive start-up costs such as sewer connection fee’s, hood & fire suppression systems, and in many cases over-sized HVAC that is required upon building out a restaurant.
