DSW, the Designer Shoe Warehouse has recently signed a lease in Dublin. The new location will be on Dublin Blvd.; neighboring shops include Ross, Marshall’s, and Orchard Supply. The space is just over 10,000 square feet of pure shoe happiness with a corner location next to American Home Furnishing.

DSW also has stores in Fremont, Milpitas, San Jose, San Francisco, and Brentwood. I would look for them to open in 6 to 9 months.
