Aura Nightclub in Pleasanton closed its doors back on June 5th and has been silent ever since. Located on Hopyard Road in the Gateway Center, the club is 10,230 square foot space boasts two large bars, a full kitchen, and a large amount of equipment still in place. A new tenant is lined up and working on getting the club open by early fall. The undisclosed tenant is an established club owner looking to bring new life to the fizzled out space.
This is one of largest deals (in terms of square footage) for a restaurant/nightclub in the Tri-Valley since the downturn in the market.
