Things seem to be looking up in Dublin! The commercial market was hot this last quarter and finally had some relief in the way of new leases. Positive absorption was due to a handful of new tenants including: Sports Authority, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Sprout’s Farmers Market, Grocery Outlet, Half Price Books, and DSW Shoes.
