You may have noticed in the past few days Fuzio restaurant in Dublin has closed. Rumor has it that Fuzio was attempting to renew their lease but the landlord quoted $4.50 per square foot, per month lease rate. That rate is over $1.00 higher than recently completed leases in Waterford and Grafton Station. I have yet to hear an official reason to the closure.
