The very popular outdoor sports retailer, REI, has actively been looking around the Dublin market for a number of years. It has finally been announced that they will open a location on Amador Plaza Road, across from Target and Elephant Bar. REI has been negotiating the purchase of 7099 Amador Plaza Road since late summer and has made it through a number of hurdles to acquire the property. They are scheduled to open the 24,000 square foot store in fall of 2011. Patric Davis of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
