The much-anticipated Coco Cabana in Dublin will be opening within the next few weeks. As you may have previously read, the Latin themed restaurant & lounge has taken the former Stacey’s Cafe space at the Waterford Shops on Dublin Boulevard. A grand opening party has not been scheduled as of yet but look for the restaurant to potentially open their doors the first week of February.
