Restaurants remain strong in early 2011

Have you been yet? Fat Maddie’s Grille opened fall last year in the Magnolia Shopping Center on Crow Canyon & Fostoria Lane in San Ramon. Other tenants in the center include Max’s Diner, Unlce Yu’s, Starbucks, Petco, and Subway. The response has been over-whelming often times with a line out the door. I spoke with the ownership a few weeks ago and they may potentially look into expanding into the neighboring vacant suite. It makes me excited to see their success in the center and I hope this is a trend that continues.
