If you have driven down First Street in the past few weeks you might have noticed all the scaffolding on the front of 2068 First Street. The two-story building hasn’t had much life since… well… as long as I can remember.  Caratti jeweler is to the left of the space at 2056 1st Street,  they purchased their portion of the building last year.

Construction will be on-going for the next few months as the owner updates the facade. The new tenant plans to operate an Argentinean Steakhouse and will begin interior renovations around early summer. I would suspect the opening of the steakhouse in late summer/early fall.
