The former Comcast building located at 2333 Nissen Drive is the new home of The Well, a church relocating from Dublin. Although the deal is not done, the 1500-member church has secured parking and rumor has it the 80,000 square foot building is just days away from final leases.
In other church news, Cornerstone has recently purchased a piece of raw land next to their facility. The land will be used for parking, future plans could accommodate growth and additional development.
