Hopyard Village, the neighborhood retail center located on the corner of Valley and Hopyard Road, is home to a number of successful business including Hopyard Alehouse and Mr. Pickles. Now available in the center is a second generation restaurant space where a sushi restaurant currently resides. The 1,855± square foot space is located two doors from the Hopyard and is one of the more visible locations within the center.
Interestingly enough, the space currently occupied by Popi Lounge & Bar, which is also located in the center, has been available for lease for quite some time. The 3,820± square foot bar is still in operation.
