After a couple of years of vacancy left by Meryvn’s at Plaza 580 in Livermore – there will FINALLY be a new tenant. TJ Maxx and Big Lots will take over the 80,000 square foot space. If you drive by you can see the new storefronts under construction. Petco will also be joining the new line-up.

A number of other retailers have eye-balled the center including Panera Bread and Chipotle. No leases have been signed as of yet, but with the momentum created by the big box retailers it could give the center that extra traffic needed to attract the restaurants.
