It looks like Target might have a neighbor! BJ’s Brewhouse has been negotiating for months at the new Fallon Gateway project on the East side of town. With the submission of an application to the City, it looks as though things are finally moving forward.
Rumor has it the other prospective tenants looking at Fallon Gateway include: Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross, Fresh & Easy, Chase Bank, and In-N-Out. Keep in mind none of those tenants have signed leases, but there has been interest voiced.
