The MarketPlace in San Ramon, the Nob Hill anchored shopping center on Bollinger Canyon Road is experiencing a decent amount leasing activity in terms of restaurants.
After being plagued by the departure of El Balazo a few years back, we will finally see a new restaurant called Firehouse 37 take over the space.
Rumor has it Buffalo Wild Wings will be taking over the Izzy Steakhouse location later this summer.
There is an unknown restaurant currently negotiating a lease for the space left behind my Mykonos Mediterranean Grilll (approx. 1500 square feet).
Stephen’s Pasta will be closing at the end of May. This leaves a 1,000 square foot restaurant space available for lease.
