For months now, Livermore has had almost zero available commercial storefronts on First Street.  In the past month, two new spaces have come on the market due to business closures. Dana’s Bridal has closed after 4 plus year on the corner of First and South L Street. The 2,000 square foot space offers a great corner identity, open floor plan with a couple dressing rooms. The other closure is just next door to Dana’s, LilyAnn’s Lingerie at 1983 First Street, a 1,200 square foot space. The Livermore Patch reports the owner will take her business back to Pleasanton.
