As many of you have noticed, the new OSH location is just about ready to open at Crow Canyon Commons next to Sprouts in San Ramon. The former location located at 1041 Market Place just off Bollinger Canyon and Alcosta is holding a giant sale, promoting discounts of up to 90%.
The now “old” OSH is located behind Nob Hill in the center known as Market Place. Market Place is home to Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Fitness 19, Hopyard Alehouse among others.
The questions remains, what will be replacing OSH at Market Place? Reliable sources tell me it has already been leased to a national retailer in the sporting goods sector. The tenant will undergo renovations to the 40,0000 square foot space within the next couple months.
