If you have driven down First Street, headed towards Lowe’s from downtown, you may notice a few tractors starting demolition. Once home of Codiroli Ford, this 7 acre parcel was approved for townhouses last summer. The project, Auburn Grove, calls for 108 two-and-three story homes with attached garages. Of that, 15 units will be affordable housing for  low and moderate income households. The project will also contain green belts and a park.
