Bayview development group has received approval for their 8.53 acre development project consisting of a five-story, 499 unit residential housing complex. The complex will include a parking garage and multiple improvements for the surrounding areas  This came after The City of Dublin rejected their proposal back in March of 2018. The development group came back at The City and ultimately their project was approved in May of 2018. Currently, a 200,000 square foot warehouse is occupying the land where the development will take place. Rumors are that the project will break ground in Spring of 2019.

This is one of the largest residential development projects to be approved in the last 24 months with an estimated land sale price of 26 million.
