Prologis, the largest industrial real estate company in the world, submitted an application to the City of Livermore to build a new 373,590 square foot warehouse building. The plans also include an 8,000 square foot office area. The potential warehouse/office building is currently under review and would be located along W Jack London Boulevard in Livermore.
The 19 acre site was previously owned by Walmart and was sold back in February of 2018 to Prologis.
