After extensive renovation and adoption of new zoning, The Well at Sunset (formerly Sunset Office Plaza) is breathing a new life… And in real estate lingo, we call this “adaptive re-use”.

The project has been completely vacant since 2013 when it was sold by Sunset Development after a failed attempt to develop housing on the site. The new ownership purchased the property in 2018 with a vision to restore to the project with a mixed-use, community and wellness focused vision.
The northern portion of the project will undergo the largest transformation, with a senior housing element replacing the old dilapidated buildings now sit. The senior housing should be complete by year end of 2023.
Neighborhood support has been tremendous for the project, leasing activity continues to be strong with some vacancies still remaining. The first phase of business opening will be coming spring of 2022 with continued openings anticipated thereafter.
What is available for lease?
Small office space ranging from 850 square feet and up is available now
Retail space as small as 900 square feet is still available
Medical and dental suites ranging from 1200 square feet to 6800 square feet (for now)
