My Commercial Real Estate Story
I am a native of Livermore and a Broker specializing in the leasing and sales of retail shopping centers and investments properties at Lee & Associates in Pleasanton, California. My career spans nearly two decades in the East Bay. Beginning in the trenches of the Oakland office market pre GFC to a long span specializing in retail shopping center leasing, and more recent assignments: assisting private families & trusts with asset management, leasing, and acquisitions across national portfolios. My depth of complex deal making experience translates over vast product types.
As the President of the Lee & Associates East Bay located in Pleasanton and one of few women in a managing role, I am the first woman in company history to hold a seat on the Lee & Associates corporate Board of Directors.
