It’s official! The First Street Alehouse is the proud new owners of 2106 1st Street in downtown Livermore. The building is the former home of Floor to ceiling and it 6,600± square feet. They do not plan to use the entire building but preliminary plans dedicated about 4,500± square feet to just the restaurant.

Due to the large amount of construction that needs to be done I would guess they won’t be moved-in and ready to open the doors until 1st quarter of 2010.
