FINALLY!!! I know you won’t believe me, but that empty shell space in Livermore Valley Plaza (next to Star Anise) will FINALLY have a new tenant. I am sure you have figured it out by the title of this post, Straw Hat Pizza will be the newest addition to downtown.
This corner is LVP has suffered an array of lease failures over the past few years including a Jazz club and California Pizza Kitchen. Both tenants negotiated a deal but never signed on the dotted line.
There will still be a few empty spaces in the retail portion of the project these including the former Sharkey’s space on the Railroad Avenue side and the shell condition space behind Straw Hat.
